While Berlin's best-known jazz clubs feature more established artists, the club Donau115 is a much lesser-known and much smaller venue with capacity for 50 people with a program that is not exclusively jazz and ranges from top-quality straight-ahead post-bop jazz to experimental bands and acoustic pop acts. This cozy and unique venue is based in the lively Neukölln district and occupies the ground floor of a building that was bombed - and survived - during the war.
