The Salmon

The Salmon is a restaurant and educational institution devoted to spreading knowledge about Norwegian salmon farming and Norwegian salmon as a product. Located centrally on Tjuvholmen, in the harbor of Oslo, the restaurant serves salmon prepared both traditionally and with a modern twist. The Salmon has its own smokehouse and sells freshly smoked fish as well as traditional Gravlax.
