The Ana la Santa, spearheaded by restauranteur Tomás Tarruella, is the in-house dining option for the ME Madrid Hotel Reina Victoria, offering guests an innovative twist on traditional family recipes made with quality produce. Its interior design aims to capture homely and familiar spaces and reconfigure them for a cosmopolitan blend of modern and approachable styles, organized around four primary spaces: a friendly bar to greet visitors coming in off the street; a lounge area ideal for reading and enjoying a quiet drink; the main dining room located on the top floor; and, lastly, an indoor garden, where guests can dine in a relaxed space with views of the beautiful Plaza de Santa Ana in the heart of the historic Literary Quarter.
