The Catalan chef launched his career in Madrid with this restaurant, in line with his own style of cuisine: avant-garde but respecting traditional flavors. The restaurant is located in the exclusive Único hotel in the Salamanca neighborhood. Food is accompanied by more than 450 wines from their wine cellar and a first-class service: Gil Rovira is in charge of the wine pairing custom made for each client. In addition to dining á la carte, the restaurant has two sampling menus: The Experience, consisting of 20 courses, and The Tribute, with 25 courses. Additionally, a lighter menu, El Petit Menu, is available only for lunch from Tuesday to Friday.
