Located in the luxurious centrally appointed Hotel Urban, Glass Mar is the first gastronomic project launched in Madrid by Ángel León (Cádiz, 1977), known as the chef of the sea. This space, which can seat up to 28 diners, has large picture windows, a blue marble bar, and an impressive giant whale skeleton presiding over the restaurant. It offers laid-back informal cuisine, with dishes designed for sharing. The menu is made up of various culinary creations based on ingredients from the sea. They include starters, main dishes and desserts, as well as a varied selection of wines and cocktails. The menu features ten starters and three main courses.
